On this holiday of Thanksgiving, I have an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for what I accomplished this year.  As some of you know this has been, by far, my most successful year yet in Real Estate.  …And I couldn’t have done it without you!  I am eternally thankful for my clients and the trust that they put into me to get the job done, for my family and friends who have referred clients to me, and my supporters and the naysayers (yes, the naysayers – I’ll explain).

Whether my clients are selling their property, purchasing an investment, or buying their first home, it’s always an incredible feeling when everyone walks away from the settlement table grinning ear-to-ear.  I can’t help to feel their joy, jitters, butterflies, and excitement at every closing.  It’s such a wonderful feeling of satisfaction every time I hand the keys to a home over to a new owner.

I am forever grateful to everyone who has given me referrals.  Without you, I would not be in business.  I LOVE REFERRALS!!!  I love YOUR referrals!  Your referrals give me the opportunity to help someone in need.  My business philosophy of doing what is right for my clients has given me the ability to truly help people with a real estate need in a manner that is best for them.  Thank you for your referrals and keep them coming!

Lastly, I’d like to thank my supporters and the naysayers.  The support that I have received this year from my friends, family, peers, and KW staff has been amazing!  You energize me to strive harder and to be better.  I am especially and eternally grateful to my wife, Heidi, for her support, patience, and understanding while I built my business.  I’m even giving thanks to the naysayers that said getting into real estate was a bad idea, its a bad market to enter into, or that 90% of new agents fail.  You have given the fire and fuel to try harder and to prove to myself that I can succeed in this business while making a difference in people’s lives. I’m thankful that I could prove you wrong!
